Angular-Gripper

This angular gripper has a high gripping force. It is double-acting and can be used as inside or outside gripper. It is used to grip and hold parts. The holding force should be 10 to 20 times the part weight. The gripper jaws which activated by a piston rod are moved simultaneously and centered, so that the gripping moment is kept constant over the whole opening and closing angle. The two air connections (M5) are located on the end opposite the grippers. Monitoring by way of proximity switches is also possible.

In addition to its successful proved wide range of Pneumatic-Actuators with integrated linear ball guide as well as grippers and adjustment units the German pneumatic manufacturer presents its new TOSS Pneumatic-Actuator type C with ball chain. By the constant distance of the balls to each other a metallic contact friction and thus the wear is being prevented. The cache pockets between the individual balls constitute a lubrication stock for permanent fat delivery during the motion sequence.
